Guest written by our friend Katie Callahan

I have not been to a movie at the movie theater in several months. Actually, now that I think about it, I have not been to a movie at a theater in over a year. I have two children, ages two and six months who are very attached to me and I cannot leave them with anyone for over an hour before all heck breaks loose. My husband asked his mom to keep our kids last night so we could go see a movie and I was so relieved when she agreed to do it. I knew that the kids would be fine for a couple of hours. The only issue was getting someone to agree to keep the kids even though our baby will not take a bottle for anyone but me. I’m so glad we have internet from Kansas City Clear because my husband was able to go online to find out movie times. We were able to go to an early movie and ended up not having to have his mom get the kids ready for bed. It is such a hassle to feed and bathe the kids and put them to bed, so we would just rather do that ourselves. I enjoyed the movie and I do not have to let another year go by before I make it back to the movie theater.

Guest post written by my buddy Aldo Mays

When we moved into our home this summer I was surprised to see that every other house on the street had one of those signs in their yard with the name of their security system. The neighbors that we talked to said that most of the homes had used home security atlanta to get a security system. They did this when a new high school opened just down the road and multiple break-ins happened in one month. Apparently most burglars are teenagers that sell what they steal for money. I told my husband I did not want to be the only house on the street without a security system. That is just like having a bulls-eye on our home telling burglars to pick our house. I wonder which deters people more the actual alarm system of the sign in the front yard. Or is it best to just have a loud dog that barks when people get near the house? I would rather be safe than sorry, so I plan on having all three!

Almost Christmas

The Author of this post is Darius Boone

We moved to this bustling city from Florida three months ago in the most perfect fall breeze. Now, we’re layering coats, scarves and mittens just to open the door for visitors. We put it off as long as we could, but Tuesday it was time to research and get this family some heat! My hubs says I should not have waited so long. Now, we’re cozy and bundled without walking around the house in long johns, sweat pants and sock caps. It has really set the winter mood, though. I’m itching, itching to decorate for Christmas and it’s not even Thanksgiving yet. Walking into a warm and cozy apartment after a cold day in the city makes me want to deck the halls and wrap presents. To that, hubs says I’m crazy. Just give me a few more weeks and I’ll convince him that it’s time. I’m thinking I’ll cook a big pot of chili, light some Christmas candles, and maybe subtly play a few caroling tunes. That’s enough of a hint, right?

Dallas for the Family

Guest written by our friend Trent Horton

Last Sunday, there was a really good New Brunswick Clear wimax online offer in the paper. I immediately signed up and ever since I’ve been planning our family vacation solely online. I’m saving a ton of money that we’d usually put towards a travel agent and this is an easy first trip to plan since we’re only going to Dallas to visit family. I’ve got to book the flights and hotel, but other than that there’re not a lot of extras to be accommodated. I’ll need to do a little more research on things for the kids to do during the day, but I’m sure they’ll find something. I know that the Dallas Zoois supposed to be nice this time of year and maybe they’ll want to see some historical sites or even a museum. I’m sure my wife and her sister will want to shop, so I’ll need to book a round of golf for me and the boys. Either way, this is much easier than last year!

Changing up my study habits

Guest post written by Deanna Brown

When I started thinking about all of the things that I needed to change in 2011 and my New Year's resolutions, I knew that I needed to address my study habits. I didn't have hardly anything you could call study habits in high school so it was real tough for me last semester for my first time away at college. But I have high hopes for this semester.

I went online with I was home with our CLEAR TV BUNDLE and looked up all types of study tips to apply to my life. I'm really going to make an effort to do them, but we'll see just how it goes.

I'm really going to pull out all the studying stops and clock in some serious time at the library. I think that I'm also just going to schedule time to do that and stick to that schedule so I won't put it off. I guess that I need to get over my aversion to the library to do that though.

I love watching hockey

Guest post written by Cindy Mathers

Some people would be so rude as to call me a puck bunny, but I don't think that me loving to watch hockey and a lot of my exes being hockey players have any correlation besides I just like watching the sport and guys can respect a girl who can talk to them about the sport that they play. But I still get accused of it sometimes.

I was online the other day thinking about my hockey fantasy league when I came across teh web site and read through it.

I think that I ended up getting some other info though that I want to apply to my hockey fantasy team while I was online too. ItÕs also a little funny that some of my exes who play hockey are actually who I play in a pool for the hockey fantasy team. But they wouldnÕt like to admit that I actually win almost every single year. Yeah, IÕm that good. They would say that I know my hockey, but I donÕt think that they would as readily admit that I know it better than them.
